Subway - EASTERN CREEK

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant on the morning of February 22nd. The man working there at 7:15 AM was quite miserable and didn't greet us; instead, he simply asked, "What do you want?" It seems he could use some improvement in his customer service skills.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and I was impressed. The place was clean, the food was fresh, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Friendly, funny staff not in the position to help with the app that was annoying but alternative and happy with what they could eat good

I just spent 20 minutes at the Eastern Creek store, and during that time, the only person working made two sandwiches. There were still four people ahead of me, and since I only have a half-hour break, it looks like I’ll be going hungry. The service was extremely disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

Very disappointed the Asian girl was not happy at all that I bought $22 worth of food. It was Friday 18/6/21 at 7.30 am. If I was the boss I would sack her. Will never go back. Very rude individual.
