Trident Fish - Eastbourne

Finding gluten free fish and chips isn’t easy but we found The Trident by mistake and we’re so glad we did!! We had a fantastic meal in their lovely, clean, spacious restaurant. My husband can’t have gluten and it was such a lovely change for him to be able to choose more than one thing on the menu! The food and choice is amazing. Everything was cooked fresh and beautifully and the portions are a good size. The service was second to none and Rose made sure we were well looked after and was just brilliant. The Trident is a new family favourite and we will be visiting again very soon.

We went on a Monday evening and it wasn't busy. The staff were pleasant. Large portions of cod and chips and served nice and hot. Reasonably priced.

The fish was cooked to perfection and the fries were served hot. The service was fast and friendly. Overall, it was a lovely dining experience.

The food and selection were outstanding. Everything was freshly cooked and delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was exceptional, with Rose ensuring we were well taken care of. The Trident has quickly become a favorite for our family and we will definitely be returning soon.

We stopped here after a day out and the food was brilliant, didn’t have to wait to long and fed a family of very well with two portions cod and chips couple of bread rolls was nice thank you so much will definitely eat...with you again
