Happy Dragon Inn - Eastbourne

Last night, my family came here to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious and served hot. Sun, our waitress, provided excellent service that truly made our night special.

Last night, my friend and I went to this restaurant to end the bank holiday weekend. The service was very slow, with a waitress who seemed distracted and slow to bring out our food and drinks. Despite there being only twelve other diners, everything we ordered seemed old and lukewarm. The sauce on my dish seemed watered down and had chunks of fat in it. I was disappointed that they didn't have the lychees I wanted for dessert. When it came time to pay, I gave the waitress £60 for a £50.50 bill and she told me to keep the change. Overall, I was not impressed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was excellent, the staff was outstanding, and the service was top-notch with fantastic menu recommendations. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening with delicious food and drinks. We highly recommend trying this place. The parking was also very good. Overall, a truly enjoyable dining experience.

We enjoyed everything we ordered. most of the dishes are in diligence. but delicious. service ok. no restaurant to take their time over a meal. has almost a caffe feeling. takeaways dominate with personal busy and phone constantly ringing. would recommend eating....can not be the ambiente

We were regular customers. having to wait for more then a hour for starters and even then we didn't get them all. ordering mains when there did come you forgot to bring some of the rice dishes. if it was not my partners 40th Birthday...and having Family there. i would of got up and walked out. you cared more about doing your takeaway then actually serving the customers that you had. We will not be coming back.
