Mcdonald's - East Wenatchee

The food was good. The service was fast. I ate in my truck in the parking lot. The only problem is that they never look at the order so I drove off with two normal McDoubles. I asked for extra heavy pickles on my burgers and ketchup packets in the bag. I still had to remind them about ketchup but when I stopped to eat there were no extra pickles at all. These guys need to pay attention to the orders I won't be eating here anytime soon!

Good service and friendliness of the staff, and available 24 hours.

It's not like my review (or yours for that matter) will make a difference. It's McDonald's, people will continue to eat here and no one will be held accountable for poor service. I order from here maybe twice, sometimes three times per week, usually breakfast when I'm running late for work. My takeaway don't go on the weekend. My orders are always wrong, the food is worse, and the staff have some kind of brain rot. Monday through Friday on the other hand...no problems! The weekday staff are very attentive, polite, and at least seem happy to be there.

I recently visited the East Wenatchee McDonald's around 7 am, and I regretfully forgot the names of the young woman and man who provided outstanding service. I wanted to express my gratitude for their exceptional kindness. The breakfast bagel I ordered was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. The gal who took my order and the gentleman who served me were both unbelievably kind and thoughtful. They even remembered to put light ice in my coffee, exactly as I had requested. Overall, the service was impeccable, and I'm grateful for the fantastic experience provided by these two exceptional team members. Kudos to the East Wenatchee McDonald's for having such dedicated and customer-focused staff!
