Jack In The Box - East Wenatchee

Went through the drive thru and placed my order, checked the bag after exiting and food was missing. Went inside and associate failed to complete the order after I placed it, which resulted in the missing food.I asked to purchase the item and he told me to go back through the drive thru. Seriously! After waiting for my food and discovering the employee didn't complete the order only to tell me he was unable take my order at his register at front counter.Clearly not wanting walk over to the available register and no inclination to rectify his mistake, I took the hint. Got home and food matched the employees service, it sucked.

Lamest rudest Jack in the box I e ever been to. Just got off the airplane and went through the 24 hour drive thru. They couldn't serve us because their systems were re booting so we parked to look for another place to eat and they came outside and told us we couldn't park there or they would call the police. Boo jack in the box. Get it together. ?

Fast and they got our order made correctly. Decent fast food burgers. Drive through was quick. Price point seemed a bit on the high side compared to fast food joints in Canada. Probably just the poor exchange rate

The staff should all be laid off. Unfriendly to the point of being rude. The food was great.

I went through the drive thru and never had a problem before I didn't even know it was possible to order the tacos individual but I usually order 3 orders of tacos which has always been 6 tacos but this place only gave me three they only charged me for three but every other jack in the box always does it by two lolz they also never asked if we wanted a receipt or anything I had to ask for it when I went in for the tacos and it took a minute for them to bring it to me
