Genoa Pizza - East Troy

Always a good experience here. We only do take out. I don't even think there are any tables there. In any case, this is our go-to for pizza. Always great!

Not sure what it is but I think they started to use a different cheese It does taste different than the 1st time I had it twice in the same night

What kind of place delivers to a hotel gets a 20% tip is a smart mouth on the phone and doesn’t bring paper plates napkins or plastic ware. In fact you are told you can get paper plates from the hotel. That’s not what I’m paying and tipping for!!!! If you from out of town order elsewhere!! McDonald’s can beat this hole!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a large pizza, bread sticks and a pan of lasagna. I paid for the dinner with my credit card. The lasagna was not delivered.Miguel, the owner received my call and apologized promising to refund the $12.50 pan of lasagna. He never did.I came in tonight to order a pizza and claim the refund from the lasagna I bought and he never delivered. He offered me a $10 credit. I told him he needed to extend a $12.50 credit as he has my $12.50 from the lasagna I paid for and never received. Miguel said he would only refund $10. How does that make any sense?For this reason I will not purchase from his business anymore. I am a local and do not recommend Genoa pizza from a business whose owner knows he has cheated you however has no desire to make it right. If I could give negative stars I would.If you want to receive what you pay for then buy your Pizza from Barleys. Better pizza and only 2/3 the cost.

Order a large stuffed pizza. They say 30 min. Show up after 30 min, they say it'll be 5 min, have a seat and we'll bring it out. 10 min later they call you to the counter to pick up order. Should just say 40 min from the get go. Staff seems incapable of speaking true words.
