Taco Bell - East Stroudsburg

We pulled through the drive thru at 10am. Someone asked us for our order, then NEVER came back to the speaker or the window. We called and asked if they were open, they answered the phone, then hung up after I asked their hours without answering me. We drove away and will never be back.

They were obviously understaffed the staff that were there was in no particular hurry. Everyone was waiting out in the parking lot for their food 20 to 30 minutes or more. AWFUL EVERYTHING...
