Their attention to detail is amazing. They will make you feel like a king or queen. They remember my orders and automatically add extra green peppers. One employee especially goes the extra mile, her name is Jazzy and they are very lucky to have her as an employee . Thanks for always coming through.

I saw the servsafe certificates on the wall but I guess no one in the building was actually certified to be serving food. 5 stars for the customer service. 0 stars for the cross contamination, food sitting out in the temperature danger zone, and -5 stars for the man who kept putting all the lettuce on the cutting board back in the pan after each order and wiping his sweat with his gloved hands.

Here is another bad Jersey Mikes after Covid hit all Jersey mikes started cutting their meat thin enough to see through $20 sandwich $2 worth of meat all new employees don’t know any better because thinner meat is the way they were trained……… Response to your email; NO,NO,NO YOU JUST DON’T GET IT …. I’m not looking for compensation,a free sandwich,,, YOUR STORE SHOULD HAVE MADE THE SANDWICH RIGHT THE FIRST TIME …. IM 100% correct you should not be able to see your white bread through the white cheese,,,not right
