The other local Dunkin?s don?t add this charge. If I ordered more ice, I wouldn?t get a discount. I will definitelybe choosing the other local Dunkin?s over this one from now on.
Don't bother trying to go in, the three teenagers talking and leaning on the counter will tell you to use the kiosk in the corner whether they are busy in the drive-thru or not. Went there the other day without any cars in drive-thru and they stilltold me to go use the kiosk. Half of the stuff they offer on the menu isn't on the kiosk. It's quicker to order from the personthan the kiosk. They even lock the inside doors so no one can come in from outside. They've messed around too much and won't begetting my bussiness anymore.
The restaurant is operated by a group of young staff who seem to be more focused on playing around and making jokes that could be taken as threats against each other. The food has a strange, artificial taste. I ordered donuts but was informed that they only had one flavor in stock.
Yes, we know it's usually better to go inside, but there was literally no line or cars behind us. Soon after, they handed us a cup of whipped cream without the munchkin, which is honestly what you're really paying for. When we asked for the munchkin, the new guy gave us a chocolate one. At that moment, I was just thinking, "Seriously? Everyone knows you can't give a dog chocolate!" Of course, we just left, and while I ended up eating the donut, my poor pup was not happy at all—her expression said it all.
I have consistently received excellent service at the Dunkin' locations in East Stroudsburg, Bartonsville, and DWG. Each store has polite and friendly staff who always get my order right. I highly recommend them!
