Domino's Pizza - East Stroudsburg

Typically, the pizzas here are fantastic. However, I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza, and it was completely soaked in hot sauce. There was no visible pizza sauce or chicken—just an overwhelming amount of hot sauce. For an $18 pizza, I was really disappointed to see it made with such little care.

While traveling from Toronto, we stopped here for lunch on our way to Manhattan, and we were really impressed with the service. Not only was the food delicious and served promptly, but Lex and Nick also went above and beyond when my child started feeling unwell outside the restaurant. They promptly brought water and napkins and patiently waited until I was able to settle him before taking my order.

I received a call an hour after my order was accepted, informing me that my location is outside their delivery range. It's worth noting that they have delivered to Penn Estates hundreds of times before. They first transferred my call to the Tannersville store, which then redirected me back to East Stroudsburg. It feels like they just don't want to deliver. Additionally, every time I've ordered delivery, it takes between an hour to 90 minutes, and the food always arrives cold.

We ordered food for a group of our guys working in town, 3+ hours has passed and still no delivery, called multiple times as our food would be promised in 30 minutes, 1 delivery driver is all they have for the moment. Not the drivers fault, but call inmore drivers or have a manager or other employees take the initiative and help.

If you?re staying in a hotel don?t expect them to bring it to your room. They won?t even come inside the hotel. I wish I would have check the reviews first. Overcooked and no extra cheese as I ordered. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
