Do not answer phones if you call an hour before closing. If you do not take orders an hour before closing time, why not set the closing time as 9 o'clock, so there is an hour to clean so you can leave at 10 o'clock. Don't say you're open until 10:00 and stop answering phones. Take the advice of the other lady and start the order from the Henderson Highway location. At least they're ready to make pizza.
