Kitchen At Drewton's

Nice welcome at front door shown to table by a gentleman. Young lady called Katie was our server. She was very pleasant and understated which is so much nicer than ‘in your face’. She was polite and checked in with us, noted everything correctly and we got exactly what we wanted when we needed it. No having to chase things and ask twice. We had loveky food, nice friendly service and weren’t rushed away from the table. All was very nice thank you.

Miserable unhelpful staff apart from the supervisor. We had to ask for everything , never offered. Eg refillable drinks, plates removed. No explanation given of what was on the afternoon tea trays. No one came to ask if everything was ok, etc etc. At the end we explained our issues to the supervisor who was very understanding and offered us free takeaway drinks. However my birthday had already been spoilt. Wont be hurrying back anytime soon! Drewtons pull your socks up! The table next to us were also discussing how unhappy they were with the service so it wasn’t just us being really fussy!!

Arrived after a trip to Manchester airport and hungry looking to have breakfast. Left outside the door waiting to be seated in cold weather. Lots of empty tables inside but because they clearly think they are something they are not left waiting for 5 minutes while staff ignored me. In the end walked off to get good service at macdonalds

We were let in without a booking. The young blonde girl that was her 4th day at work at drewtons was lovely, we were fussy with our food and what we did and didn’t want and she was fantastic. Handled things amazing and a great waitress.

Not eaten here for maybe 7 years !!! We called in for brunch and was very impressed... Literally licked the plates clean ... Beautiful breakfast eggs royale on the hash browns was divine ... Good service, will definitely be back soon
