I visited Subway Barrhead to get a sub to go. When I walked in, I was informed that they were closing in 20 minutes (although it was actually over 30 minutes) and could only offer cold subs. When I mentioned that I am gluten intolerant and would need a gluten-free sub, there was no offer to defrost it, not even in the microwave. This lack of customer service was disappointing. I left and went to Darnley instead. Service: Takeout.

Every now and then I like to grab a quick bite at this restaurant, but it can be a bit pricey for a family of four, especially for fast food. It wouldn't hurt to have the rolls buttered, we Scots love our buttered rolls! This is more of a takeout place and perfect for a quick lunch. Service is pretty good overall.
