Peking Village - East Renfrewshire

A friend was raving about the takeaway from The Peking Village so we decided to give it a go. Set Menu for2 and a quarter aromatic duck. The service on the phone was friendly and informative, we were having a home delivery, a very accurate time for expected delivery given. The food was outstanding, delicious ribs, lovely duck,fantastic Kung Po Beef and Sweet and Sour Chicken. Not the cheapest, worth the money; we will be treating ourselves again soon

Recently have only been able to have takeaways due to Covid situation, but the food is delivered quickly and is very tasty. If I collect it, I always enjoy the banter with the well-known lady owner.

Sweet and sour chicken balls had a very thick batter coating and unpleasant to eat, the lemon chicken was tough and dry in bits.

I love everything about this place from the delightful hostess to the superb food. Such a pity I'm too far away to visit every week!

This is a brilliant restaurant the staff are kind and generous the food is fast and delicious its quiet no disruptions just the place to be
