Bidrage med feedbackI am generous by giving 3 stars, it is too expensive because of the lack of diversity and quality of food. It is a quiet atmosphere, except you can hear all the conversations. Children are 4.99 whether they eat or not...odd. 1,50 refill a well, but they do not say that until the end. Luckily I have a bottle of soda. Only 3 food islands... not a very large selection. I was even smaller than some small buffets. If this is a new business, I would like to see that someone takes it in the grip and makes it look present. It's kind of not attractive when you go in first. I wish I didn't spend $40 on French fries and a chicken wing. I just know it's not the most classic. Or even the best choice of all buffets.
At the very best this place is mediocre. It’s dark inside and feels very old and run-down. Seats are ripped and tables can be dirty. Some food is edible (noodles, egg roll and honey chicken). Other food is absolutely disgusting (avoid the seafood and dumplings). The General Tao chicken in particular had a really strange, bad flavor and was super gross. I was not brave enough to try their sushi. There’s never been anybody at the hibachi grill when I’ve been and the food is just sitting out there, it’s like it’s just for show. Service is passable but nothing special.
If I could give no stars I would. Let me put It this way... I’ve never left $0 for a tip before but this place drove me to do so. All of the employees were eating on the other side of the restaurant and didn’t check up on us once. I had to walk up to them and ask for a refill and the check! Then I had to walk up to them again to give them our debit card. They then put their hand up to us and gave us attitude. They also had no food out no fried chicken no crab no Korean chicken. Nothing! Two hours of basically waiting around for horrible customer service!
I 'm going to start this review as humble as I can. I rarely leave any reviews on any places but when I do it 's due to the confusion of how places like these are still in business. No matter how good food can be, always keep in mind; no customer service no customer base. I felt the need to share my highly embarrassing choice to actually spend money in this place. Let 's start off with the fact that the parking lot was completely packed and I had to drive around at least 4 times to find a spot. It wasn 't until after entering this restaurant that we realized the occupied spaces were not patrons coming here. We had arrived around 2:30PM (with the knowledge that it was still considered 'lunch ' until 4pm). The entire time we were there, our whole family felt uncomfortable because we were being stared at since they didn 't want us to eat their precious dinner meals. To be completely honest, my family was quite content with the amount of food in their stomachs so absolutely no reason to completely glare us out of there. Our waitress was quite persistent and had no problem making it known she wanted us out. My sister was mid conversation with my mother and the waitress came by asking if anyone wanted refills and since my sister didn 't respond she stood there repeating herself over and over again 'do you want more root beer? ' about 6 times not to mention she spoke softly so it was hard to hear her. It 's about 3:00 PM at this moment and everyone still has a substantial amount of food on their plates this is when she thought it was appropriate to bring our check over while waiting for us to pay. About 45 minutes pass by and at this time we are just starting to digest our food and I look over my shoulder to see our waitress talking in her language with an attitude to her coworkers and point to our table and that was enough to drive us out of this place. So we got up and walked out being waved at with a petty hand gesture and a smirk. I have never experienced this even at the lowest of the low food restaurants. Thats when I decided to come here and leave my horrific experience in this place even though the manager completely goes against the bad reviews and snaps back with a snarky comment underneath them. As a manager myself, this is no way to run a business. If customers are leaving even one bad review, you apologize for the inconvience and try harder next time. It is never okay to try to justify the poor reviews by saying Well, we never had any complaints so.. Clearly you have. It 's so heartbreaking not only as a culinary graduate but also as a paying customer that anyone thinks this place can be justified. Just remember one thing, an attitude like that can only get you to one place: shut down.
Awful!!! Very unfriendly service. The food was dry and distasteful. Nothing tasted like familiar Chinese food and everything had clearly been sitting in the warmers too long. We were at the restaurant for more than 30 minutes, and they only asked my husband if he wanted a refill on his drink, right before we left. Not worth the , time or effort it took to find something remotely edible or delicious. If you're looking for something good to eat, go somewhere else, you won't find it here.
