Always getting my order wrong i just wasted money on 5 donuts that i don’t like because they don’t know how to give me the right donuts i ordered get better customer service your store is terrible

I got a pumpkin spice latte and they forgot to add the COFFEE, I had flavored steamed milk??????????? I?m speechless? what level of incompetent do you have to be to forget COFFEE, that?s literally the whole drink, cmon? do better!

Usually come to drive thru and never have had a problem. Girl or lady who was at the drive thru had such a big attitude. I asked what kinds of donuts they had available and she sighed extremely loud it really bugged her. I didn't end up gettinganything i was really upset. It's to bad that customer service was not great at all. Do better. Today June 29th 2022@2:20-30ish.pm.

WOST EXPERIENCE EVER. I?ve been here a couple of times and there is a boy (pretty sure he has piercings), who is so disrespectful. I had ordered coffee today and he started screaming at me through the drive thru microphone. This place is always unprepared and is always out of something. Will never return, manager should start training their staff to treat their costumers with kindness.

The cashier at the drive thru is great, but always either alone or with very slow help. However, today (9/8/20), she was serving food with an uncovered cast on her hand, up to her forearm. Not very appetizing, even though she may or may not be cooking the food/getting drinks/touching drink lids. Anyway ordered the new Snackin' Bacon. It was so greasy, the bag ripped. The bacon was barely cooked. Never mind the bacon also had large chunks of burnt pieces of ? maybe from a dirty pan? .. It was NOT pepper. The drive thru window looks like it has never been washed since the place opened. I have never, in 3 or 4 years, seen it clean. Every time I think things may be different, and I stop by again, I regret spending my money here.
