Bidrage med feedbackIs it a sweat? I think the cook is still in his training, eating was really bad, 20% burn, 20% tasteless, 60% disgusting. my 4 years son could make it 10 times better.
Remember the good old days when the cooking consisted of a grilled steak with three different vegetables on the side? now, do not take away from these simple times (hey, I love a good steak dinner yet), in these days more and more menus in the city are with buzz words like sous vide, foam, pearls and a long list of others. so, the opportunity to learn some of this restaurant modern cooking techniques recently in the chefhire atelier in ostperth, I was curious to enjoy in all this.
This perth cooking course by chef chef chef and chefhire atelier owner bradley backhouse and chef hans is for anyone who wants to improve their skills in the kitchen. with a lot of cooking shows in the television in these days it is an eye opener to observe some of the techniques used by professional chefs in the kitchen. Given the chance to learn some of the creative methods I have seen on these programs, I was thrilled to learn the tricks of the trade in the chefhire atelier.
Terrible, very amateur. Difficult decor, entrees pork in deck, cold pork bauch had to send back, persimmon crispy included raw rolled heel and no other. worse.
Service was average. Food was mediocre with a small selection and decor was old and out dated. Had a scoop on deal, and there's a reason it was so cheap. Won't be returning anytime soon.
