Culver’s - East Peoria

My wife lived in the area when she was younger. We were visiting from Tennessee and she had to get a Tenderloin sandwich.

It was ok. I had the tenderloin basket, and unfortunately it wasn't tender. Maybe a change of cut for the meat. It was less than ok. I didn't like the tenderloin as I have enjoyed before.

My grilled chicken salad was too salty.I called myself trying to eat healthy and it raised my glucose to 96 .So needless to say I will not have the grilled chicken salad again.

Entered facility and workers just stood and looked at us. Had to ask which one was working counter..Food sent back because it was cold.Pricey.

I came thru the drive thru on March 10th at about 730pm.I ordered THE CULVER'S DELUXE VALUE BASKET Double Lightly Toasted Buttered Bun, American Cheese, Medium Onion Rings, and Large Strawberry shakeSOURDOUGH MELT VALUE BASKET Lightly Toasted Buttered Sourdough Bread, Cheddar Cheese, REMOVE GRILLED ONIONS, Ketchup, Mustard, Pickles, Raw Onions, Medium Wisconsin Cheese Curds and Medium Strawberry ShakeI called the store once I got home. This meat was burnt. My sourdough had grilled peppers and onions. I did not get raw onions. I ate some of it with cheese on it. My wife ate some of hers. I didn't take pictures of hers before she threw it away.I called the store at 810pm. They took my name and information. However, I never got a response, call, or mail, and disappointment does not describe how I feel.
