Country Saloon - East Peoria

I went there with a couple of girls from high school and kind of expected to see people that I knew from high school but all I saw were old people but I'm old now too so they all kind of look familiar but no one approached me LOL

Food was awesome!! Laci was the best bartender we have had.

The owner Stacy likes to try to bully people for walking in and asking for the bartender instead of having her serve them. Joke's on you because now you've lost business not just from one or two people but a whole family and friends.

I'm assuming we hit the saloon on an off night kitchen wise as it had been recommended for it's food. Over cooked fries, dry inedible chicken and a bland tasteless tenderloin. Our bartender/server was excellent so credit for that.

Haven't eaten here yet--had car trouble and they were kind enough to let us use their parking lot. The food they were cooking smelled awesome. Went in and checked out the menu, and we'll definitely come and eat sometime. Some yummy items on their menu and for good prices.
