Baskin-robbins - East Peoria

I was disappointed with my order at the restaurant. My hash browns were not as they should have been, and Hannah provided terrible customer service. The blueberry flavor in my sweet tea was also lacking. I am now feeling both sad and hungry as I drink a poorly made sweet tea.

The ice cream was delicious, but the service was terrible. Despite ordering ice cream dishes for our group of four, we had to specifically request spoons. It's pretty common for people to use spoons when eating ice cream.

It took over 10 minutes to receive six plain bagels because the employee at the window decided to toast them without our request. When we informed him that we did not want them toasted, he threw the bagels at us and told us to go to Kroger next time. To make matters worse, he also spat on my husband multiple times. This employee should be fired, as his behavior was completely inappropriate.

I won't through the drive thru today and ordered chocolate shakes but i got chocolate milk not shakes. This place needs to learn how to make a proper shake. I won't be going back!

I decided to skip the drive-thru today and ordered chocolate shakes, but unfortunately, what I received was not a properly made chocolate milkshake. This restaurant seriously needs to improve their shake-making skills. I will not be returning!
