Arby's - East Peoria

I visit this restaurant for the food, not the service. The person making the sandwiches should try to put the meat on the bun instead of letting it hang off the side. It's sloppy work, but I guess you can't expect much for $16-18 an hour. The management doesn't seem to care either.

Not overly crowded, suitable for kids and generally friendly towards them.

The sandwich was disappointingly dry, with a lack of cheddar. The beef n cheddar had very little cheese sauce, making it difficult to taste.

Sad to hire people that hate their job. Horrible customer service. Had descent service on prior visits. I do not understand why people work jobs they hate. It is bound to run off loyal customers.

Spent a few minutes for a large order on the app only to find out at the end of my ordering process that the store was closed 15 minutes before the actual closing time so I wasted a ton of time very irritating and unprofessional to be closed before their hours for closing I mean it's only 9:45 at night it's not like it's 2:00 in the morning
