I don’t remember asking for a side of nasty attitude with my burger but here we are

Absolutely nasty staff with horrible attitudes. I ordered breakfast through the app and went to pick it up at 11:05. The woman at the drive-through told me because I didn’t pick it up by 11, they weren’t able to make it. I don’t understand because I ordered well in advance, giving them plenty of time to make it. When they asked, if I wanted something else, I just told her I would like a refund. The amount of attitude in response to that was unbelievable. She closed the window and just walked away without saying anything. I sat in the drive-through for a good five minutes until another worker came and threw cash into my hands and said “my manager gave you a cash refund” and slammed the window in my face. No apology, or sorry for the inconvenience. I did nothing to be treated that rudely as I was respectful the entire interaction. Please better and hire some people with basic social skills.

I don't want to jump on the negative band wagon just because this is a McDs. You know what you are in for when you stop here. But the last couple of times, the food was less than standard for a McDs. I don't know what the issue has been. But I hope they figure it out.
