Ihop - East Mesa

I have Never in my life had food poisoning, but I got it here!! Came here a week ago, food wasn’t good. Went home with a lump in my stomach, cramps, nausea, and vomiting!!

My mom wanted classic eggs Benedict for her birthday brunch It was very bland and very little hollandaise sauce that had little to no flavor It took them a long time to even acknowledge us when we went to pick it up, will not be coming again. Very disappointing.

Got the worst case of food poisoning from here. Had ordered on doordash and while I was eating the food I had a bad feeling about the eggs, they were runny and not the best tasting. My waffle was also extremely burnt. Fast forward 4 hours later I am vomiting it all up, was up all night with the worst stomach cramps and nausea. Sorry will never be going here again, nonetheless any other Ihop.

It took forever to get our food. We actually had to have someone check on our food (this was not our waitress). She was nowhere to be found. We were there almost an hour before we got our food. There were at least 6 waitresses working. Only saw one waitress smile the whole time we were there. I guess they are a very unhappy group. Won’t go there again.

After waiting more than 5 min to get checked in I twice had to track down someone to put us on the wait list. Once on the list we were told to wait 10 min. After several minutes observing the non-flow of customers we left.
