New Capri Italian Restaurant

A good night out. Meals are served at a slow pace and allow you to enjoy the evening. Having been here many times over 20 years I cant say a bad thing about this place. Highly recommended.

WE returned to his restaurant after several years but found there were new owners and the restaurant had been redecorated. The atmosphere has changed from cosy, warm Italian to a sterile almost cafeteria look with bright light and white walls. Ordered sundried tomato bread which was toast with smear of sundried tomato paste. Then we ordered veal meals. Veal was tender but vegetable was overcooked and broccoli was almost brown. We rate our meals as 5/10. Not the same standard that we experienced many times previously.

This place is no way a good Italian restaurant...the food is very basic and I don't think very fresh. When its busy you can not hear as the voices bounce off the walls.Maybe if you like cheap pasta from a packet and sloppy sauce, its the place to go.The Staff are friendly!!!!

Went there for dinner the chicken carbonara was absolutely amazing. Freindly Service the ladies really took good care of us. I didnt really like the paper table cloths, it took away the italian feel.

First visit since this restaurant changed hands and was renovated. The pastas were yummy and so were the desserts, Will go again soon.
