All Mixed Up, The Cafe - East Lothian

I have visited this restaurant several times while my son is at football class at the Pennypit center. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is fantastic - my husband typically orders breakfast items while I prefer cake and traybakes, and we have never been disappointed. The rest of the menu also looks excellent. It is great value for money, has a nice atmosphere, and parking is available at the center. Overall, it is a hidden gem in Prestonpans.

Popped in today for a speedy lunch and it was a hit with little one as always. Love the boxed lunches for the kids, so nice to have a healthy option where other venues don’t always step up. I had bruschetta which was absolutely delicious! Looking forward to my regular Tuesday visits again soon

I am a regular at this restaurant for business, and the food is always amazing. Their cakes are the best I have ever had. Lorna and her team are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This cafe is truly great!

Visited the cafe with my 2 kids today for lunch. Really good choice on the menu and fantastic value for money. I had the ploughman's special. Really tasty and the kids had to help me finish it! Looking forward to going back for cakes another day.

Not a single piece of cake left. We ordered 2 buttercream sponge cakes and 2 trays of traybakes for a party we were hosting, picked them up from the cafe... And to say they were popular is an understatement. There was just the right amount of buttercream on the sponges (which were baked to perfection) and the traybakes millionaires shortcake and Raspberry ruffles were all completely gone soon after putting them out. Thank you Lorna, the cakes and sweet treats were a genuine hit!
