Las Brasas Peruvian Fusion

This was pretty good. I had the fusion Chaufa chicken. I'd go again to pick up the food. The server was very nice. I'm just not a fan of the location.

The atmosphere of the place was nice modern. I preferred the lomo saltado honestly it was the worst saltado I have ever had. I’m a Peruvian myself it just tasted sweet. Lomo saltado isn’t suppose to taste sweet at all it was like eating candy. On top of the horrible sweet taste they barely put any meat. It had more fries than anything. I wouldn’t recommend eating here for the lomo saltado. Thee worsst!

First time here, stopped by on a Saturday for lunch. Friendly staff. Clean seating area. I got the Lomo saltado with fried rice and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try something different from their menu

The food is excellent! However, the menu is a little hard to understand but the staff is nice and eager to answer any questions.

Great customer service. Bought a Pollo Saltado to go. When I opened the plate food smelled delicious but upon tasting, it lacked flavor. It didn't have that explosion of flavors I'm used to from other Peruvian food restaurants. The food was bland but theAji verde (salsa) made it better. The Aji has a kick so if you don't like spicy maybe try a small amount first.
