Roman's Pizza Cambridge East London

Fantastic pizza place! They consistently offer specials that suit any budget. Whether you like thick or thin crust, their pizzas are always delicious. The 15 to 20-minute wait is reasonable, but calling ahead for pickup really minimizes the wait. I will definitely be coming back!

I highly recommend this restaurant. They truly deliver on quality. The flavors were exceptional, and the customer service was top-notch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I can't think of any delivery that excites me quite like the pizza from Roman's.

UPDATE 11 MONTHS LATER: I recently ordered a special that included two large pizzas, two pizza pies, and a Coke, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. There was no description about the toppings on the pizzas anywhere on Uber Eats or Mr. Delivery. My kids chose a Bacon Supreme, and while it was indeed what they ordered, it wasn't what they were hoping for. There were far more onions, peppers, and mushrooms than bacon on it. What a waste of money! If only the app had provided better information about the toppings. I’m incredibly disappointed and won't be returning to Roman's. It’s unreasonable to expect kids to know what’s on a pizza when the only detail given is "Bacon Supreme."

I'm really frustrated with Romans. They’re a franchise that should offer the same specials nationwide, like KFC, Debonairs, Pizza Hut, Spur, Wimpy, and Steers. My family has been ordering pizza from the Cambridge branch for over ten years. Now that I'm studying in Port Elizabeth, I came across an advertisement on my timeline for 2 large pizzas with one topping for R99. When I went to the Summerstrand branch to inquire about the special, they informed me that it wasn’t available there. I then pulled up the ad, which clearly stated that the offer was exclusive to Cambridge. Why is that? When I commented on the post, they responded that it was indeed only for the Cambridge location. It feels like they play favorites with certain stores or customers, which is incredibly disappointing.
