I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. One of the bouncers stole my phone, and my drink was spiked. I’ve been trying to reach management for three years now, but they still haven't returned my calls.

It definitely requires a thorough deep cleaning, as there are visible nicotine stains on the ceiling and other surfaces. Improved ventilation, like extractor fans, is crucial to deal with the overwhelming cigarette smoke and protect non-smoking guests from secondhand smoke. Additionally, expanding the bar counter area would create a more open and inviting environment. The bar staff is friendly and well-presented, and the karaoke music features a fantastic variety of genres. With some fresh decor ideas, this little gem could truly shine!
