Canton House Chinese - East Lindsey

Spring rolls. Chicken and pineapple. And egg fried rice. You would think this would be pretty easy to cook for a Chinese....? Sadly mistaken. Chicken was clearly frozen beforehand, some bits were nice and hot, others cold. Completely flavourless and pineapple was like mush. Egg fried rice was stodgy and the spring rolls were like tiny rocks.. did call to complain but phone was put down on me then not answered when I tried to call back.! After seeing some of the other reviews I really wish I had checked first. Should be closed down.

Just had one of the best Chinese meals ever. Would definitely recommend. This take away just gets better and better. The large pancake rolls are really tasty and take up half the plate.

I travel the country working and occasionally have a cheeky chinease. This is the best one I've been to so far. Ordered food here a few times since August 2020 and never been let down with food quality

7pm rang to order a takeaway to be told it would be 45 minutes. Great live 10 minutes away so food should be nice and freshly cooked. Arrived at suggested time to find a packed out takeaway. Asked for our order told it would be another 45 minutes. Went to the pub! Rang again it would be another 30 minutes, so waited again!! Went back again to collect still 2 more orders to go so at least another 20 minutes!!! It’s a joke over 2 hours still no food, gave up cancelled order picked up a kebab instead!!!! Don’t mind waiting if food is good but over 2 hours and still no food what a joke!!!!

The worst Chinese I have ever had, terrible I strongly advise you to give it a wide berth. Two of the meals were burn and two others were put in the bin.
