Huckleberry Chicken

I dined at this restaurant last night and thought that the food was cooked well. However, this morning I have been very ill and feeling very sick.

Poo customer service no bottled water and no salt on chips. wouldn’t recommend if you want a good meal

My husband ordered grilled chicken, when he arrived food he was met by a 'gentlemen ' who described himself as the franchise owner. The order was late and he said he would take 20 minutes to cook. I then took out 2 pieces of old chicken from a drawer which he threw on the grill. It looked as it was someone lunch leftovers. My husband questioned whether this was fresh. The manager (clearly he hadn 't washed or shaven) became rude and aggressive and retorted do you want your chicken under cooked or burnt !!!. My husband in disbelief asked whether that was serious question, The franchise owner than proceeded to take out the payment from the till and asked him to leave !!! In shock he left thinking it was a godsend. There was no COVID 19 distancing, hand gel or any cleaning being undertaken when customers arrive or leave. No staff were using hair hats, or even looked clean. This franchise won 't last long with that type of hygiene and 'customer service '. Close call. Never again. AVOID plenty of nice takeaways and business owners in Bishop 's Stortford. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just ordered 4 meals (which the guy on the phone repeated back to me) then waited almost an hour for delivery. The driver gave us a bag and by the time we realised that half of the meals and drinks were missing he was gone. Phoned the shop and the guy said he would send the driver back. Waited another 20 minutes and called back. A girl answered the phone, she was disgustingly rude. She told me I hadn’t even made an order, tutted at me and sighed, told me I was wrong then put the phone down on me! I called back and asked to speak to a manager and was told there isn’t one! Then they put the phone down again! Terrible terrible service. Won’t use again.

Love the food here but delivery always takes an hour or more . Shocking delivery service doesn't matter if it's a saturday night or tuesday always takes too long
