Beefeater Ware - East Hertfordshire

We have been here for breakfast and dinners for a week whilst staying in the hotel. The food has been great. Steak was tasty and deserts are great. Breakfast menu is also good, especially hot food. Lovely lad working here called Brandon, served us on the first night. Very kind and friendly. Also had a good laugh.

Party of 8 adults and 1 child for birthday celebration. Staff very helpful after the table we had booked wasn't available as previous diners had over run. Matt our waiter was brilliant and interacted brilliantly with the 4 year old in our party

This is the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant my cousin food was that bad he didn't eat any of it and is now heading to McDonald's the manager needs to learn how to speak to people plus we had to wait 2hours for a plate to come to the table disgrace I will never come here again

Amazing meal. Our waiter Matt was great. Would recommend. Very busy but food was prompt. Will go again

Family day out for Sunday lunch. Must say food was lovely and Matt our waiter was a brilliant host looking after our group. Thank you Matt.
