Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The worst Popeyes in Chicago and suburbs!!! The food taste like they are not using Popeyes recipes. Also, food never seems fresh, my chicken is constantly soggy. Then they get mad when u tell them. They start talking in naive tongues and rolling their eyes. I’m done giving them a chance! Do not throw your money away on this location!

This location got a major makeover in the last month or so. It is now under new management and it’s night a day between the last group of workers. If you came here a year ago, you would get attitude and poor service. The current staff are nice and clearly are hard workers.

I ordered a fish sandwich and asked for cheese and did not get it. There was no one inside, and there was no one in line. It's not like they had a lot of customers and forgot to do it. This was my first time visiting and will probably be my last. The cashier who waited on me in the drive through was not friendly. They had loud Hindu music playing. It just didn't feel really professional...Vegetarian options: There are no real Vegetarian options

This popeyes have gotten so much better! Courteous and better customer service!

Can’t complain, got my chicken fresh and just how i ordered.
