Kfc - East Hazel Crest

YUM KFC has to do a better job of getting food to the customer. There is no excuse to have to wait long for more chicken to be fried...or for a KFC restaurant to run out of chicken. Service is BAD on the south side of Chicago south suburbs!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever had.Manager and ALL of the staff were rude and I was cussed out by them.Never Ever go to this place. They really DO NOT CARE.

When me and my wife to KFC to get something to eat as we were on the road traveling from Cleveland to Milwaukee for my daughter 's wedding when we go inside the business we rudely disrespect by an employee named Brevin as he called us slurs to us and his co-workers and even a reference to bring a weapon to the job. I will never go back there as Brevin was a danger to me and my wife as well everyone else

This one need to close down they never have what u want customer service is extremely terrible. I was told chicken will be up in 12 minutes. It actually took 40 and the chicken was still undercooked then the young lady was very rude. When I ask for my money back I’ll travel a little bit longer for better customer service they suck.

Manger or franchise Owner on 183rd and Kedzie has a attitude problem, tried to patronize the establishment, and was told I was looking at him in a certain way when I requested only certain parts of the chicken. Left establishment and he came out to my car in the parking lot with my wife in the car to continue disagreement…Smh… Never ever again Son!!!!
