Quaker Diner - East Hartford

With the addition of card payment options, this classic New England diner has become even more delightful! The prices are more reasonable compared to other similar establishments. The staff are friendly, and the food is fantastic, making it a must-visit spot if you're in the West Hartford area!

A step back in time, the setting is great the food was great and so was the service. It was my first visit and I could see they had plenty of regulars. The cherry on top was the modestly priced menu. Parking seems limited. Would go again

This charming little diner has a nostalgic 1950s ambiance and is perfect for a quick, affordable breakfast. Locals are welcomed by name, and you can watch your food being prepared right in front of you. The only downside was that the server at the counter seemed a bit uninterested, but overall, the food was fresh and delicious.

I had a good breakfast that was served pretty quickly. I ordered one egg, but they brought me two. When I mentioned I only wanted one, they insisted on giving me both and said they would only charge me for one. However, I believe they ended up charging me 1.5 times the price of a single egg. There were also some specials on the menu that sounded delicious, but I didn't try them.
