Domino's Pizza - East Hanover Township

The parmesan bites were in a pool of grease. it was nasty. pizzas were alright. weren’t special but they had enough toppings. price was fine ofc. it’s dominos, they have good coupons. the person helping us wasn’t welcoming at all. the service felt cold.

Driver delivered food to a completely different adress , he himself even confirmed that he did on the phone he goes oh I delivered it to a this adress , driver was slightly rude . Manager on duty when I called Instead of figuring out an issue just transfered me to the driver. Never again

Ordered today to be delivered at the hospital ER. Driver didn’t call. Didn’t text. Despite me notating where I needed it to be delivered the driver decided to deliver it to a completely different part of the hospital. That’s why he didn’t call or attempt to make contact because he wanted to do what he wanted to do. My food was cold by the time I was able to figure out where in the hospital the driver decided to drop it off. Partly because I couldn’t through to anybody by phone at the store. Drivers name was Sekou. Sorry to whoever answered the phone. It’s annoying when you only have a certain amount of time to eat and you have to use most of it to search for your food.

Staff here keep messing up the order. I ordered a large pizza, they made a medium one. Had to wait at the store for them to make another one

Worse place ever, I do not recommend, first I was on hold for about 10 mins twice before I completed my order as I was about to hang up he came back on the phone. He told me 45mins so 45mins would be 10pm, at 10:15pm I call he told me my pizza was left on the front step. No one call to say my pizza was there and That was not my steps because I was on the other side of the house which I told them. So now I don't even know how long it was there. Never again.
