Bidrage med feedbackI encountered several issues during my stay at the restaurant. The TV was not functional, there was no hot water, and the microwave was dirty. I had booked two nights, but when I tried to check out in the morning, there was no one at the reception. I attempted to call the phone number provided, but received a message indicating that it was out of service.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The accommodations were awful—there was hair in the shower and bathroom, and pills scattered all over the floor. The customer service was extremely poor; it seemed to be run by a bunch of kids. There was no computer in the office to help verify our reservation, and there was no running water. Additionally, the bed had stains, the TV was malfunctioning, and many other issues. I strongly advise against wasting your money here!
Unfortunately, the room was a disaster; it was filthy and not cleaned at all. Even though we left to give them time to clean, when we returned in five minutes, it looked as if it hadn't been touched. I wouldn’t even consider staying here as a backpacker looking for a hostel. When we decided not to stay, we were told we needed to contact the refund department, which didn’t answer our first attempt. The staff assured us our reservation was canceled and that no fees would be charged. However, they not only charged the original fee but also an additional amount of over $189. I would not recommend anyone stay here.
We stayed there in mid-July and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, kitchen and separate bathroom. The motel is renovated, so we were the only guests in the night. The motel has changed names, so look for EGM on the side of the building; it is over the street from a café and a large purple spoon. There were snack bars and other items left for us to use in the kitchen/to eat/to drink. We'd stay there again.
We were supposed to stay here on July 3rd, 2022, because of snow and going to the sun road still being closed in Glacier National Park, we cancelled our trip and are trying to cancel our reservation, but can 't get a hold of anyone, the website said we can cancel for free but we were now charged for the room. Reading the other reviews , we were upset to see that other people had almost the same issues, now we 're on the phone talking to someone at the hotel and he says he doesn 't have a record of the reservation, AFTER my friend 's credit card had already been charged a few months ago....we went through Booking.com also....he 's now telling my friend that we booked at the 'sister ' hotel....no working phone numbers to contact the 'sister ' hotel or working email to contact anyone there....we only found a phone number after I found this site and a different phone number that someone posted here...he says he 's going to talk to the other manager and saying they 're 3 weeks into new management and trying to deal with what they left behind
