Always consistently good food. Simple and hearty. Always cooked fresh to order. Most wonderful host. remembers regular customers and their orders. Store hasn't changed since the 70s, and that's why we love it! Lovely homemade baklava and caramel slice is to die for!

This place should be classified by the National Trust and preserved for ever. Eddie cooks the most delicious breakfast you ever get at a cafe. We always drop in here for breaky after the footy. If the cats win it’s an added bonus, if they lose it makes the trip easier to cop.

Old fashioned hospitality in this spotlessly clean, retro style cafe/restaurant. The best bacon I've tasted and best big breakfast including eggs, tomatoes, sausages and toast for under $15. Tea comes in a pot made with tea leaves and coffee piping hot. Will definitely return to try their other dishes that looked delicious. They also have a large restaurant seating area. The owners are very friendly and obviously very proud of the good food they have been providing for over 40 years.

Eddie proudly announces he’s been open for 40 years. Decor reflects but clean and old fashioned great hospitality. Lamb Souvlaki made with skill and care. Delicious (nice addition of jalapeños). Washed down with a good coffee. Recommend.
