Their food policies are ridiculous, they put restrictions on what you can bring in to the point where you shouldn't bring anything in. It's obvious they're trying to force us to buy their **** food. Also, we got a buffet that our guests can't even go to so they can watch us eat. That's stupid too

Worker sneezed on food and still tried serving it. Nasty overpriced place. You can keep you're 10 dollar germ dog.

Good for the toddler age (ride and pool wise) but what they charge for food is crazy. A dole whip was over $7.00 for like a kid size portion. Less expensive at Disney World for double the size. We went to Prancers Pizza, we ordered 3 slices, people that ordered behind us were getting their whole pizzas first while some pizzas were sitting under a heat lamp our entire time there. After at least 20 minutes our number was called and they only gave us 2 slices not 3. We would have just preferred a refund. Minus the food most things were OK, but you probably get more for your money at six flags.

Overall a good experience, but SUPER ANNOYING that the ride workers do not try to fill the rides to maximum capacity each time they run. Currently waiting in line for The Blizzard, and there have been multiple times the ride has run with empty seats. The ride worker has not once asked people further back in line There are two/three seats available does anyone have this many in their party? I know the seats aren 't broken because other people have been riding in those seats on differently turns. We have experienced this on multiple other rides, as well. Would just be a nice courtesy to patrons if they tried to fill the rides on each turn.

My 5 year old and 8 year old love this place! It's the perfect place to go to that is not overwhelming and so much to walk. My only complaint is that they do not feed their animals any fresh food! Everything is concentrated dry food. They don't have carrots for purchase! Please santas village make this an option! Rides are great! Reminds me of a how awesome carnivals used to be back in the day. Funnel cakes are pretty darn good! Oh! Let me not forget to mention that parking is free and that they have added a new ride! Super fun for my whole family!
