I showed them my confirmation from the table, but that was not enough to secure a table in the restaurant. we were found in the lively bar a table, but had to order our food and drinks at the bar. there was a 45 min waiting for food and my came cold! I sent it back and they said they would bring me a fresh food, what they did, but the wrong food! So it went back and I ended up with my original meal, which was microshaft and my laugh was like rubber! at this point I gave up! I'm sorry for the waitresses when they were difficult to serve. I'm not going back, just terrible. terrible service from the administration.
We reserved a table for Valentine's Day and both ordered steak. Unfortunately, the steaks were tough and had gristle in them. My partner only ate half of hers and I left a third of mine. When it came time to pay, I mentioned to the waiter how disappointed we were with the steak. He seemed indifferent and uninterested, possibly because it was a busy night with other couples enjoying their special evening. Not wanting to cause a scene, I paid the bill of £51.00 and we left.
Administered to a party for 8 without problems. eating and service were excellent.
I chose to dine at this restaurant as a regular customer. I made a reservation for a table for two at 1:30pm for my birthday. We were seated at 1:15pm and given the menu right away. Unfortunately, when we tried to order, about 6 items of food we wanted were not available. As a result, we ended up choosing pizzas. It seemed like there was either insufficient stock or high demand for certain items on that day. It would have been helpful to have a backup plan in place for situations like this. I wonder how other customers who came in later or in the evening were affected by this issue. Overall, I was not satisfied with the availability of the food options on this occasion, although everything else about the experience was up to the usual standard.
One guest was left feeling disappointed as they had to settle for their third choice of main course. Additionally, the delivery driver was unable to gain access because the door was locked until after 12, despite our table being booked for that time. Unfortunately, there was no sea bass or lamb available, so they had to settle for fish and chips. Despite guests traveling from Cambridge, they unfortunately will not be re-booking at this restaurant.
