Orchid Fine Asian Cuisine

That is the best Asian food ever. I am a local tribal, to which I am very selective. vicki is a shady she always gets my order, right I honestly only have beautiful things to say.so enjoy. I always get the Singapore court and the Malaysia rice plus tons of other things, but these are mine to go. many amazing aromes. the best!

First time at this place. Met a friend for lunch. Very clean and associates are polite and smiling. Food was yummy. You mush try the Roti curry for appetizers its different and so good. I had kao pao chicken with veggie fried rice. Perfectportion for lunch with a miso soup. I enjoyed sitting and eating there. My friend has gone couple of times and she insisted me to come. Good i went. Next day got fried chicken wings and veggie fried rice for my son and he loved it too. He is a very picky eater. I used to like this place. However, last Friday, they messed up my take-out order and response to my call was outright rude and unapologetic. I had ordered Chef Special, Scallops and Shrimps in Spicy Sauce. Shrimps were chewy and over cooked. There was not a single scallop, just whole bunch of mushrooms. I called the restaurant. The lady who responded claimed that she packed my order and she had seen scallops in the entrée. I asked if she was suggesting I called her in the middle of meal at 9:30 pm to lie. She responded that she wasn't implying so but she still insisted scallops were there. She then yelled something to their kitchen staff and told me I could go back to restaurant for replacement but I had to take a picture to prove there were no scallops. A simple but sincere apology would have sufficed but it seems it was too much to expect. I would never order from the place.

The employees were very friendly. We ordered takeout and followed the suggestions of Yelp reviewers. Most items were served coated with a heavy (usually sweet) sauce. Definitely not a fan.

Horrible customer service etiquette! I walked in with my family and the front staff were completely disorganized. We were told to wait for 20 minutes to be seated in which we patiently did while other customers walked in. After 20 minutes because there were so many people waiting in the front I asked if we could at least sit at a table in which many were open and was rudely told “No more seating only take out!” I asked why we weren’t told that instead of wasting our time when we were told otherwise and was told that’s what I’m being told now. Incompetent, rude and unprofessional. If they couldn’t handle the volume of “take out orders” then close out the dining and be upfront and polite about your own business’s failure!
