Go well and young people who take our order was more concerned about his food than ours. She took 8mins in register for two simple jobs. And to finish it off the salad, I got a wrong mix and chicken sandwich was sore. Really high prices for **** bad service and food screwing

Love zaxbys but please bring back side salad or small salad and need more seasoning on fries!

Why bother reserving a drive-thru line for online orders if you're just going to let regular drive-thru orders through that window? I placed an online order and then waited 30 minutes at the front of the RESERVED line, watching as multiple regular drive-thru orders went in and out. To make matters worse, I saw another customer sent ahead of me because their order wasn't ready at their window. By the time I got to the pickup window, the food was lukewarm at best, the drinks were incorrect, and the ice had completely melted. This location really needs better management. When everything is running smoothly, it's a fantastic spot, but you never know what to expect.

We had a mess up on our end on a big order and the team at Zaxby?s went above and beyond to help us out. I will 110% recommend this Zaxby?s to anyone. They are great to work with.

Decent chicken, not moist. The sides were a little dry, but all of the different sauces woke up the menu items with a little bit of pizazz. The sweet tea was awesome.
