Bidrage med feedbackI visited again recently, and I must say, what a difference! My previous experience a few months ago wasn't great, but this time the staff was incredibly quick and cheerful. I’m definitely coming back for another lemon!
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman at the drive-thru was very rude and didn't put a cap on my toddler's drink, which led to a spill. When I asked for a replacement, she refused to help. Additionally, I felt that she was being racist toward me when I moved up to pick up my smoothies. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.
I wouldn’t recommend this Smoothie King. There are several issues: they seem to be out of various items, and some equipment is malfunctioning, including the microphone and PA system. The owner definitely needs to implement some management changes if they want to stay in business.
After work to get a smoothie, the two girls saw me waiting inside and totally ignored me. It was ridiculous. They didn't bother to say that they closed early or that everything was broken, they just saw me in the face and then left. I waited for about 10 minutes because I thought they might not have seen me or they were busy with something inside, but no. They were just rude.
This store has 1 person running it....how can it be a franchise that is successful. I fear they will be out of business soon! They need to at least have 3 people in there at all times. Poor girl was overwhelmed. Not going back!
