Dodge's - Easley

This place is a joke! Went in for a drink and tool over 15 minutes to cash out. They had two registers with 2 cashier's working them. Issue is people create two separate lines. I had people that came in after me who got entire food orders and left beforeI could pay. I ended up asking how much my drink was, less than a $1, and just left a single dollar bill on counter and left. They need a better system but their customer service sucks to.

Roaches in my food! It came crawling out of the box of course after I finish. Went back to speak to a manager, and the manager tells me that every place has roaches ???? and shrugs her shoulders. Then she asked if I would like my plateremade. Uhhhhhh?no, I?ll take my money and business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and downright disgusting ????, Hungry?Starve. This place ain?t worth it.

The staff is quite rude, and the pumps do not match the prices displayed on their boards. Additionally, the overall atmosphere feels unsafe.

I filled up my tank a week ago at pump number 8, which was out of order, so I had to go inside to prepay. I paid $25, but it only cost me $16 to fill up. When I asked for my $9 refund, they told me it would be credited back to my card. A week has passed, and I've been calling every day because I still haven't received my refund. They say they'll call me back, but they never do. This is unacceptable, even if the amount is small.

You can find better chicken just about anywhere else. I really miss Dodges. When I lived in Charleston, South Carolina, my fiancé and I would always grab some Dodges to take with us when we visited her parents in the countryside. I also grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, where Dodges was just down the street from our home.
