I wasn't a fan of Applebee's until we visited another place. I'm not sure if the property is different or if it's management, but I know this location is great. Great food, excellent service usually not packed. Now I have to say during this crazy

Always a good place to eat. Baby back ribs where not as best as always but after a minor comment we did got a gentle apologies of the manager and next time a free rack if we want. This is how you turn a complain into a compliment! Great job guys! And Ashley is a great waitress!

Our server, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, was a wonderful young man. He made sure my mother-in-law was safely seated with her walker while we ate, dimmed the overhead lights a bit since they were a little too bright for her, and he was efficient and professional, making sure to speak a little louder when he noticed that I had some difficulty hearing. This is definitely a place we will return to as a family!

It was the birthday of our youngest son, and his older brother and his family took him out to celebrate his 13th birthday. I joined them as well. We had a wonderful time! Our wait was about 20 minutes, and we were seated at a comfortable booth. Our waitress was friendly and patient, and our food arrived quickly and was delicious. We definitely plan to come back!

I want to give a shoutout to Sarah Beth, the amazing blonde waitress in the picture with me. She is hands down the best waitress at Applebee's in Easley, South Carolina! If you're ever there, make sure to ask for her! She was incredibly attentive to my food allergies and ensured that everything was fresh and safe for me to eat. The service was fantastic, and the food was perfect. I absolutely love dining at Applebee's in South Carolina, and Sarah is truly a phenomenal waitress. She's simply amazing!
