Chicken Express - Early

Awesome! It's our favorite place!Kid-friendliness: It is a very easy to get the kids meals and the TV is on cat videos.

I had a taste for fried chicken I had eaten at this location before and it was very good but today 4/14/24 I ordered the 8 piece mixed and they did not give me two legs so I noticed the chicken also was not very hot so I asked isn't it supposed to be 2 legs 2 thighs 2 breasts and 2 wings the young man told me that it was the cooks choice so I told him that I wanted 2 legs 2 thighs 2 breasts and 2 wings and I wanted some fresh cooked chicken he asked how long on the bone because it was still cooking and the cook said 8 minutes so I said ok I will wait I got it and it was hot so I was satisfied but when I got home and fixed my plate and took a bite of the breast I couldn't bite through it it was so tough so I examined all the pieces and discovered it had been put back into the fryer and recooked it just looked like old chicken from last night you know brown and discolored and unfresh so I called and spoke to who may or may not have been a manager because when I was a manager we had this thing called customer recovery which I don't think that he would know because he told me that he could not do anything about it like oh well.. sorry for your loss so I was so disappointed in how he treated the situation so to the owner of this location in Early Texas it will take some time for me to return to your establishment...

The portions of tenders were like the crumbs at the bottom of the fryer!Wish I had looked in the box before driving down the road....Got the same order in the next town and it was perfect!!Will not go back to this one.

Everything was hot and fresh except for my fish my sister's was fresh mine was a tad bit not as fresh other than that the food is pretty good but the fish should be served fresh

I just ordered from this chicken express and they really messed up my order I had to drive all the way back up there to get what I ordered I even took the receipt up there and when I did they did not fix it. When I went in every employee was standing around r eating they can’t even fallow simple job. I am so frustrated because they did not want to help me and make it right and I did not get what I payed for three apple pies almost 8$ and the employee told me sorry and I didn’t get my apple pies. I never put a review on a fast food place but this really made me mad Highly recommend people not going to this chicken express lazy workers and they take your money
