Classical suburb English pub full of classic English pub characters hanging around the bar. the barmaid was friendly, the ales were cold and tasty and the frying was spot on and good price. What else do you want?

A couple of lunches a few days ago. very beautiful outside surface to sit in the sun and enjoy her beer. Bar staff were very friendly and polite. So next time I'll come back in when I'm in the opposite.

Large pub, decent selection of beer and wine and an affordable menu. eating was fresh and served quickly. it's a big busy pub, but the staff will be fine. beautiful atmosphere and definitiw cat friendly

Had 2x fish chips with 2 drinks cost only £15.50 Supper fast service with very happy staff

Great little corner pub cheap drinks and food were a good bonus too
