Stefano's Tapas - Eagle

Excellent food! Went a few weeks ago with my husband!! Couldn't wait to return. We had Julienne for our waitress. So friendly and very attentive service. Went this evening for dinner. So sad that we were greeted by Julienne (so happy to see her again) but she said that all the staff were informed today that today would be their last day! The staff had no idea that Chef would close restaurant. It was packed last time we went to dinner and packed again tonight. Food first class. So flavorful. Loved the mushroom ravioli. We also dined at Chef's other restaurant in Donnelly, Regazza di Buffalo in the past. Excellent as well. Our waitress Julienne had tears in her eyes this evening. She expressed that it was hard for her and her son during the holidays. We gave her a nice tip. I also teared up when she had tears. Sad to see them leave. It was the best food I had in so long Eagle needs more good restaurants!!! My husband and I wish the Chef and all staff the best.

Everything was so good! Service was excellent. As some who doesn't it gluten I'm always nervous to try new things, but they were knowledgeable and had times marked on menu

Our first time won't be the last. What a wonderful new addition to the Boise area dining scene. We were there for lunch so it was very quiet. It isn't a large dining room so I expect it is a bit more lively and loud when it is full for dinner service. Everything we ordered was excellent. I can't recommend one thing over another but, the chicken noodle soup was probably the best I have had anywhere. We can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful lunch at Stefano's yesterday. The menu is so good, it was hard to decide what to try. The food was great as well as the service. Very cozy interior. Don't be fooled by the look of the exterior. Wine and food prices were reasonable. So glad to have another restaurant choice that is independently owned. I will be back!

Amazing food, draft beer, great service and large wine list. What more can you ask for?? Perfect date night spot. I highly recommend the steamed mussels!
