Bidrage med feedbackThis place has changed so much : Used to be one of my favs. Now, the baristas are all mediocre and the service is incredibly slow. Makes me so sad. Bring old Color back!
I’ve been here two days in a row. Both times, different individuals working, I had a flat face no hello. Feels a little strange to start an order. The first day, the person forgot a crossaint. I went back to the counter about ten minutes after ordering. He stared at the espresso machine, didn’t acknowledge me. When he finally finished, his response to me was a sullen, “need something.” Shocked. I told him he’d forgotten my crossaint. His demeanor when he realized he made a mistake was better but still not that pleasant. I ordered a mocha both days, and despite it being two different people, all I taste is milk. My friend thought I ordered a latte the first day. Overall, I wouldn’t bother going out of the center of Eagle for this place. I can’t recommend the service, the coffee, or even the pastry.
Worth a stop. It looks like it is little out of town, but it is quick to get to. All fresh made, high-quality goods. Other towns wish they had this place in their town. Outdoor seating too. Vegetarian options: They can do it
Color coffee is a part of the fabric of the Eagle community. Amazing variety of coffee beans, freshly roasted and always new single origins to try out. We love dropping in to read the newspaper with a cortado, treat our kids to a delicious pastry or have a happy hour drink.
The coffee tasted good and was creamy. I’m a diabetic. I miss flavors. Starbucks got rid of their sugar free Mocha most places only carry vanilla. You don’t have any options except Stevia. Trust me the diabetes will kill me before the cancer. Theirs no way I’m the only one that thinks they should carry the option. It’s almost crazy to think in 2024 a coffee shop doesn’t consider people’s blood sugar levels. I just want to feel like a normal person like everyone else but I can’t have flavors and that is alienating.
