Blackburn's Bbq - Eagle Lake

The atmosphere is rustic and just right for a barbecue restaurant. I've been really into barbecue lately, and this visit did not disappoint. I have to say, their green beans are the best I've ever had. I ordered the three-meat sampler platter, which was a fantastic way to sample several of their meat options, including brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. Out of the three, the pulled pork was my favorite, especially because it wasn't pre-mixed with barbecue sauce. There was a good crowd on the day we visited, but the restaurant was spacious enough to accommodate everyone, and the service was impressively quick. If you decide to go, I highly recommend trying the three-meat sampler and definitely don't miss out on the green beans! Regarding accessibility, there was designated wheelchair parking out front, and the restaurant itself was wheelchair accessible.

This restaurant offers outstanding food and exceptional service. I've never experienced so many staff members ensuring that we were well taken care of. The food deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10, and the service matches that rating as well. My wife initially hesitated to make the 35-minute drive, but I can assure you it was absolutely worth it. We will definitely be returning!

I just stopped by this restaurant after a long drive, and I have to say, the food and the people are fantastic. The service was excellent, and the manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The owner even came out to check on us. As for the food, it’s some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had!

Meal was delicious. The brisket was so tender ! The service and atmosphere were top notch as well. We will definitely be back !
