Naf Naf Grill - Eagan

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I found the food to be quite good. I enjoyed a chicken shawarma bowl with red cabbage and garlic sauce, along with pita and a soft drink. The decor was bright and cheerful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. However, the cleanliness could use some improvement; several tabletops were dirty, the floor in front of the soda machine was sticky, and there were napkins and crumbs scattered on the floor.

I was really disappointed with the customer service. I’m not usually one to complain, but my meal was lacking. They put all the chicken in my dish, but forgot to add the potatoes, onions, and other ingredients I expected. It's frustrating because I love this place.

The food was excellent, but the older gentleman at the front was extremely rude. We arrived at 6:30 PM, and he informed us that they closed at 7:30 PM, almost trying to rush us. I asked about the sauces they offered, specifically inquiring if they had Tzatziki sauce, and he snapped back that it was a Greek sauce and this was an Israeli restaurant. His behavior was odd and off-putting, nearly overshadowing the decent food.

The food was excellent! And the service was fast and efficient. The dining area and kitchen area are neat and tidy and very clean. Would definitely recommend stopping and trying in this place.

Every entrance was closed so it?s annoying to find where to even find the door to the place. Staff was rude. I sat there for almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I asked if I could order and they just waved their hand to the other end of the counter where I had waited when I first entered. Then I waited at the ordering side of the counter again for another 5 minutes before the girl looked up to take my order. Not cool. At least say Hi, we?ll be right with you or something! Food is good for fast food, but customer service goes a long way.
